FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: hen's eggs are boiled, peeled and cut. Beef is cut and chopped. Onions are cut and browned in margarine. Dill leaves and asparagus is cut and frozen. Wheat flour is browned in melted butter. Beef, raw onions, dill leaves, milk, table salt and black pepper are mixed to get mince. It is subjected to the knock-back. Than hen's eggs are put in it to get meat balls. Asparagus, wheat flour, tomato paste and table salt are mixed without access of oxygen to prepare side dish. Meat balls, side dish and sour cream are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher assimilability compared to famous culinary dish.
