FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, blanching of potatoes and onions, softening of butter. Specified components are mixed producing mince. Method includes wheat bread soaking in milk and chopping, chopping of skin-free mackerel icefish fillet. Wheat bread, skin-free mackerel icefish fillet, the remaining part of hen's eggs, salt and black pepper are mixed producing cutlet mass. The mass is cut, rolled and formed into mince producing zrazy. Bunching onion is cut and frozen, mixed without oxygen access with calcium and magnesium glutamate producing garnish. Prepared zrazy, garnish and fish broth are packed with certain ratio of components. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation is performed.
EFFECT: product of higher digestibility.
