SUBSTANCE: locking device for height control of module on bogie or chair rod includes a movable housing around the rod, handle, friction-pattern element and spring. The handle turns eccentrically to provide pressure force and friction against the rod. The friction element is placed between the handle and rod. The spring is placed between the handle and friction element. The rod has a friction pattern, which corresponds to that of the friction element.
EFFECT: easier height control of the module on the rod.
