FIELD: medicine, medical exercise devices.
SUBSTANCE: personal breathing exercise device comprises breathing tube, and container for inspired and expired air; in the middle part of this plastic container there is a connector for inner stop valve fixing; in the upper part there is an opening no more than 15 mm in diameter; above this, on the inner side, a stop valve is fixed, equipped with safety plug; there are openings 1.0-1.5 mm; the device has fastening band to seal the container after fixing of stop valve; and breathing tube has openings 1 to 3 mm in diameter, uniformly located along its perimeter in the lower part; their total area is not less than breathing tube section; openings in breathing tube and in container body being made on different levels; sealing of breathing tube fitting area is effected by sealing belt for sealing of fitting clearance; diameter of the breathing tube, whereupon the latter belt is positioned, being less than diameter of the container neck.
EFFECT: increase in training efficiency and simplified device construction.
