FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: machine is comprised of a base, moving element supported on the base and capable of moving against it, cutter moved together with the moving element and detector to detect at least one of the angles of rotation and angles of inclination between the cutter and the workpiece. The detector is designed to send a signal pointing to at least one angle detected by it. The machine also includes a digital controller equipped with analog-to-digital converter, which is able to receive the specified signal.
EFFECT: reduced error of miter angle detection.
