FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of reinforced concrete structures and ready-mixed concrete production. The compound contains the following components: portland cement, filler, water pre-treated in a mechanomagnetoactivator and an auxiliary additive in amount of 0.003-0.007% of the concrete mixture total weight; together with the water the auxiliary additive is pre-treated in a mechanomagnetoactivator during 0.3-0.9 min at a rotor speed being 3,600-5,600 rpm and magnetic field intensity being equal to 140-170 kA/m.
EFFECT: improvement of the concrete strength, freeze-thaw resistance and waterproofing capacity; reduction of time and energy expenditures related to concrete preparation.
