FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to industry of construction materials, namely to method for preparation of modified fibrous concrete mix and to composition of fibrous concrete mix used for road and aerodrome engineering, in manufacturing of precast and monolithic reinforced concrete items and structures. In method for preparation of modified fibrous concrete mix, including mixing of the following components in mixer - portland cement, steel fibre, filler, plasticising additive and mixing water, steel fibre is "Mixarm" - fibre made of steel wire with conical anchors at the ends, plasticising additive is superplasticiser "Polyplast SP-3", previously 10-15 wt % of portland cement and specified superplasticiser are dispersed in linear inductor rotator for 3-5 minutes, produced dry mix together with mixing water and additionally introduced modifying additive - multilayer carbon nanotubes with diametre of 8-40 nm and length of 2-50 micrometre are processed for 2-3 minutes in ultrasonic disperser with frequency of 22-26 kHz, and produced product is mixed in mixer while the following components are serially introduced - filler, remaining portland cement and specified fibre at the following ratio of components, kg/m3 of mixture: portland cement 320-330, filer 1900-1920, specified fibre 70-80, specified superplasticiser 1.6-1.72, specified modifying additive 0.010-0.015, mixing water 130-145. Modifying fibrous concrete mix is prepared by above-mentioned method. Invention is developed in dependent claims of formula.

EFFECT: increased compression and tension strength in bending with preservation of high frost resistance and water impermeability.
