Abstract RU 2345286 C1

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to air conditioning and ventilation engineering and may be used to create comfortable conditions and microclimate in the industrial rooms with extra heat release. The conditioner contains receiving heat-insulating valves, connection sections and primary heating section consisting of radiators, valves and bypass channel. The conditioner also includes primary recirculation section, spray chamber where injectors and drip pans are installed. In addition tray-shaped filter is installed under the spray chamber. The secondary recirculation chamber and filter section are situated behind the spray chamber. The tray-shaped filter is installed under the spray chamber. The secondary recirculation section and filter sections are situated after the spray chamber and connected with secondary heating section. The latter consists of radiators and is linked with ventilation unit. The secondary heating section also includes heat controllers positioned respectively after spray chamber and in the room. This section includes remote control valves being positioned in plenum channels for plenum air supply to the combined plenum and exhaust bowl inserted into the room floor. The impeller of plenum and exhaust axial fan si connected with motor through the electrical induction slip couplings. Besides the impeller of exhaust axial fan is also connected with motor through electrical induction couplings. The secondary heating radiators are placed in by-passes of the plenum channels where axial fans of heater are also installed. Automatic duel-position valves are installed in coolant supply lines to radiators.

EFFECT: increase of automatic control effectiveness and reliability of dual-fan conditioners.
