SUBSTANCE: air conditioner comprises the first heating section comprising heaters, valves and a bypass channel, the first recirculation section, an irrigation chamber, in which nozzles and drop catchers, besides, under the irrigation chamber there is a tray - filter, sections of the second recirculation, sections of the second heating, comprising heaters and connected with a ventilation device, a remote control valve in supply channels to feed supply air to a combined supply and exhaust plafond installed in a room floor, an impeller of a supply centrifugal fan via electric induction slip couplings is connected with an electric motor, besides, an impeller of an exhaust axial fan also via electric induction slip couplings is connected to an electric motor, and heaters of the second heating are installed in bypass taps of supply channels, where heater axial fans are also installed, besides, in supply channels there are remote control valves, and automatic two-position valves are installed on lines of coolant supply into heaters, besides, the exhaust channel is connected with supply and exhaust channel is connected to supply and exhaust plafonds and stretches in a room, where a thermal controller and a pressure controller sensor are installed, besides, the exhaust channel is connected with a chamber of the exhaust axial fan and an exhaust shaft, which adjoins an air intake shaft with a louver grid, and supply channels are installed inside an exhaust shaft, besides, on the surfaces of the air conditioner parts there is a layer of soft vibration damping material, for instance, a mastic VD-17, besides, the ratio between the metal thickness and the thickness of the vibration damping coating is in the optimal interval of values: 1/(2,5…4), each nozzle comprises a vessel, which is made with an inlet hole arranged in the form of a confusor and a coaxial throttling hole, and a swirling chamber is made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, the axis of which in the drawing plane is perpendicular to the axis of inlet and throttling holes, besides, the axis of the inlet and throttling holes in the profile plane is arranged tangentially relative to the swirling chamber, moreover, coaxially to the swirling chamber there is a nozzle insert installed, inside which there are three calibrated holes arranged as serial and coaxial to each other and to the cylindrical surface of the swirling chamber: a conical one, a cylindrical one and a shaped one in the form of a cylindrical part with a rounding bevel at the outlet, at the same time the diameter of the cylindrical hole of the nozzle insert is equal to the diameter of the upper base of the truncated cone of the conical hole and the diameter of the cylindrical part of the shaped hole.
