FIELD: physics, measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns measuring technics, in particular, to magnetoelastic transformers of efforts, and can be used for the control of mechanical efforts. Magnetoelastic magnetoisotropic transformer contains closed magnetic circuit with holes for arrangement of windings and salients for the appendix of measured effort, magnetising coil and measuring winding. Thus the magnetic circuit is executed from three vertically oriented bands: one working and two compensatory, also has salients for the effort appendix in a working band and six holes (on two in each band) for arrangement of windings. Along the edges of salients four vertical gashes parting the worker and compensatory bands are executed; planes of windings are parallel a direction of the appendix of effort, the magnetising coil is disposed in six holes, and directions of its winding in the worker and compensatory bands are opposite, and the measuring winding is executed from three sections on one in each band of a magnetic circuit. And the number of coils of sections of a measuring winding is executed according to the formula: W2K=2w2K. Where W2P - number of coils of section of a measuring winding of a working band of a magnetic circuit, W2K - number of coils of section of a measuring winding of a compensatory band of a magnetic circuit.
EFFECT: reduction of an error of nonlinearity magnetoelastic magnetoisotropic transformer of efforts at expense of nonmonotonic elimination initial site of its calibration performance.
