FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and browning in melted butter carrots and garlic, cutting and blanching potatoes, turnips and celeriac, cutting and freezing green part of leek and parsley, cutting beef, mixing the listed ingredients without oxygen access with sour cream, salt and black pepper, packing the obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
