FIELD: mechanics, production processes.
SUBSTANCE: method of material grinding comprises feeding the material on a rotary circular grinding belt so that the material passes several times between the belt and grinding roll prior to going out from the belt, rotation of the material at supercritical speed, loosening of the material at intervals between its passing under the said roll, crushing and grinding of the material by applying appropriate force to the roll. Loosened material, after every its passage under the roll, is fed under it again in the form of an equal-width belt, while the crushing and grinding are effected at a pressure sufficient for removal of cavities between the material particles. The invention proposes also the device to the above-described effect.
EFFECT: higher process efficiency.
