FIELD: construction, ore-concentration and mining industries. SUBSTANCE: rattler milling paths have side limiting surfaces equal in width to that of corresponding roller. Gas duct located in inner space of rattler has nozzle devices to deliver secondary heat carrier. Material to be milled is delivered to cavity of milling path of first cylindrical roller and, after milling and crashing action of roller, is transported to discharge device. After discharge device, milled material is exposed to action of secondary heat carrier delivered from gas duct nozzle device corresponding to this roller - milling path. Secondary heat carrier provides separation of size conditioned material from flow and intensified drying. Material substandard in size passes for grinding into cavity of next milling path and etc. Processes of milling, standard fraction separating, drying and return of substandard material for additional milling are carried out lengthwise the rattler. EFFECT: enhanced capacity and efficiency of drying of milled material. 3 dwg
