FIELD: metallurgy; mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: facility contains transport facility, stand with inclined ways and stop, mechanism of blanks clamp, containing of wedge-like grips, located angularly 120° to each other and pivotally connected to tractions with slider, cavity cylindrical package, inside of which it is movable located rod with firing-pin, connected with hydraulic actuator of its movement. Mechanism of blanks clamp is movable installed in inclined ways of stand. Stand is pivotally connected to link mechanism of its lifting - lowering. Rod with firing-pin is bounded to hydraulic actuator of its movement by means of quick-split sleeve. Rods, connecting wedge-like grips with slider, are outfitted by spherical hinge and connected to hydraulic actuator of clamp. Wedge-like grips are implemented as radial and changeable for each diameter of blank, and connection of it to inclined ways of stand is implemented in the form of "dovetail". Lifting - lowering mechanism is implemented in the form of two double-arm lever, bounded to each other by means of rod and regulation mechanism with electric drive.
EFFECT: invention provides implementation of accurate centering of blanks wide range of diameters and improved reliability and durability of facility.
