SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the outside wall structure. The outside wall structure comprises a frame, thermal insulation made of polymer resin foam and installed on the frame face, metal fastener installed on the thermal insulation face and fixed by screws onto the frame, and also outside wall panels fixed to the frame by the said fastener. There is an air gap between the thermal insulation and outside wall panels, the thermal insulation has a metal base installed on it, with which the fastener back comes into contact and which has a contact part in the form of a flat plate, with which the fastener back comes into contact, and the thermal insulation face and fastener contact part are located approximately in one plane. The metal base has feet projecting backwards, the length of which is close to that of the thermal insulation. The contact part of the base has a screw hole and the base is inserted with its feet into the thermal insulation and fixed to it so that faces of the thermal insulation and base contact part are located approximately in one plane, the feet come into contact with the frame face.
