FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns mounting structures of outside walls using decorative panel units and also the decorative panel units installed mainly for decoration purposes on outside walls of buildings at joints of upper and lower outside wall panels and in other places. The decorative panel unit comprises a base, for which a metal or polymer resin structural member is used and attached to the outside wall of a building, and a decorative panel, for which a metal or polymer resin structural member is used and attached to the building wall by means of the said base, which has a curvilinear face. The base has a curvilinear face and there is a gap between the base and the decorative panel so that when the panel and base are assembled there is a narrow gap between the decorative panel face and base face. The base is made as a single unit and includes a wall-mounted base portion, which has an upper attachable part going along the top edge of the face part and a lower attachable part going along the bottom edge of the face part. The appropriate first and second mounting ledges are made parallel to each other near the upper attachable part and the lower attachable part of the face part. The decorative panel has the first and second hooks integral with the face part, located near the top and bottom edges of the face part and parallel to each other and capable of attaching to the first and second mounting ledges of the abovementioned base. In the position, where the first and second hooks of the decorative panel are engaged with the relative first and second mounting ledges of the base, the area in vicinity of the top edge of the base face and the area in vicinity of the top edge of the decorative panel face overlap to form an overlap area, through which mounting screws can be inserted to integrate all parts in a single unit. This is a description of a mounting structure of outside walls.
EFFECT: increased mounting reliability of the panel unit irrespectively of the structure wall condition.
