FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: product is prepared by mixing crushed rice and whole rice grains, manna groats, sugar, table salt, calcium in a form of chemically precipitated chalk and natural colouring. The obtained mixture is extruded and cut in rings. The rings are glazed in syrup that contains sugar, water, natural fruit juice base, natural aromatiser and vitamin supplement. Then the product is dried and packed.
EFFECT: obtaining of high quality product rich with vitamins and minerals in its composition.
