FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free beverages industry. The effervescent alcohol-free beverage contains (per 1000 dm3 of the ready product): 90-115 kg of sugar, 2.2-2.5 kg of citric acid, 7.5-8.2 kg of "Apple - Karambola 35000084540000" juice-containing taste-and-flavour base, 4.0-5.5 kg of "Multifruit 52091033022005" juice-containing base, 0.15-0.17 kg of sodium benzoate, 0.1-4.15 kg of carbon dioxide. Additionally the beverage contains 0.25-0.32 kg of "Barbery 3186100520000" natural-identical flavouring agent, 0.9-1.2 kg of "Lemon 31825003180000" natural flavouring agent and water - balance. The method ensures production of a beverage with improved organoleptic indices: with a sour-and-sweet taste and a slightly perceptible apricot flavour.
EFFECT: composition allows to expand the range of effervescent alcohol-free beverages.
