FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, blanching and mincing cucumbers and tomatoes, freezing and mincing lettuce, blanching and mincing beetroot and horse radish. Poultry meat is minced. The said components are mixed with bone broth, sugar, table salt, citric acid and carbon dioxide extracts of the black bitter pepper and the bay leaf. Then received mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
