FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of prescribed ingredients, cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes. Lettuce is cut and frozen. Beetroot and horseradish are blanched and grated. The above ingredients are mixed with acetic acid, salt, calcium acetate, black pepper and laurel leaves without oxygen access. Poultry meat is cut and packed together with the said mixture and bone broth in containers, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
