SUBSTANCE: facility consists of conic funnel, of mechanism for drawing band through funnel, of mechanism supplying armored wire into funnel and of ultrasonic oscillations source rigidly connected with driving roller. The conic funnel is designed to be inserted into the mouth of powder. The mechanism of armored wire supply into the funnel is designed to form a hollow cylinder shell out of wire. Also this mechanism is equipped with driving and driven rollers which form a wound spring out of the wire. The side surface of one of the rollers is made with at least one collar while the side surface of the second roller is made with at least one recess. Collars and recesses overlap each other at rollers rotating.

EFFECT: expanding process functions and assortment of fabricated items.
