FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two disks with central holes, one of which has L-shaped holder, and other disk is rigidly fixed to the end of the first disk with the help of spacer bushings and screws, and deforming elements that are movably installed between disks. Deforming elements are arranged in the form of balls and steel helical cylindrical springs turns from circular wire, which are serially installed on two levers that embrace the processed blank. There are paths arranged in levers for balls installation and circular slots for location of spring semi-rings. Levers are hingedly connected to each other with the help of axis installed at one end of levers, and are movably installed horizontally between disks one above another. With its middle lower lever rests on external ring of bearing installed between disks and sitting on axis. On the other free end of lower lever there are hydraulic hammer that affects free end of upper lever in pulse manner and loading spring.
EFFECT: technological resources are expanded, efficiency of processing, accuracy and quality of processing are increased.
