FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to rolling of helical surfaces. Proposed device comprises body with crosswise bore and two crosswise grooves, two levers with axles and deforming rollers fitted on the end of every lever, extra deforming roller and mechanism for static and pulse loading of said rollers. Double-arm levers have their spring-loaded axles fitted in body crosswise grooves to reciprocate therein. Arms of said levers are coupled by common axle with aforesaid extra deforming roller. Mechanism for static and pulse loading of deforming rollers comprises hammer and guide. Common axle is fitted on guide free end. Mechanism for static and pulse loading of deforming rollers is secured by lock screw in body crosswise bore to translate in adjustment.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability.
