FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device for attachment and detachment of a cargo contains a suspension bracket and a hoisting hook attached to the suspension bracket to turn around the axis and linked up with the power drive via transmission, the said drive rotates the hoisting hook about the axis. The aforesaid hook is articulated to the medium crosspiece of the pair of twin scissors by means of the medium support, while lower crosspiece of twin scissors is articulated to the device suspension with the help of lower support. The transmission intended for turning the hooks about the axis allows a detachable joint with the upper crosspiece of the said pair of scissors with the help of the upper support.
EFFECT: ruling out inadvertent detachment of cargo connected hook, and opportunity to detach cargo with no man's interference.
