SUBSTANCE: adjusted structure (1) for a folding or a rotary-folding window or door leaf with a lock module (4) and a base part (5) fixed on the window/door frame and hosting scissors (7) with a bracket (8) driven by a mechanical driving device (6), which contain a connection element (8) with the fold (3). The connection element (8) is a connection element of a driving rod (9). By means of the mechanical driving device (6) the lock module (4) is put into locking and unlocking positions, besides, the connection element of the driving rod (9) with scissors (7) in the closed position and lock module (4) in the locked position is manually connected with the element of the driving rod (10) and is manually disconnected from it.
