FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to heat technology and particularly to domestic bath-house furnaces and is meant for heating facilities, heating water and generating steam. The bath-house furnace has a furnace chamber with a fire-grate and a door, remote fuel channel, ash-bin, protective cover, chimney, cavity for heat-retaining load, and a detachable water tank. The bath-house furnace also has steam generators, rigidly welded to sidewalls of the furnace. On top of the furnace chamber, there is a smoke collector, the wall of which is mated with the roof of the furnace chamber. The bottom is formed by the short-length the smoke collector itself, at an angle of 75-85° to the horizontal and is inclined to the front wall of the smoke collector. The bottom is rigidly welded to the sidewalls with clearance between the edge of the bottom and the front and rear walls of the smoke collector. Two more baffles are welded at an angle to the bottom of the smoke collector and along its middle line. The baffles are rectangular trapezoid shaped and they form a central channel. The baffles, together with the upper, bottom and sidewalls of the smoke collector form two horizontal channels, with a rectangular trapezoid shaped cross-section. The top central channel, formed by the inner walls of the baffles, is bordered by the upper wall of the smoke collector and has an outlet into the chimney through a connecting pipe. On the side of the rear wall of the smoke collector, the central channel is closed by a restrictor and forms a gas channel with the rear wall. There is an aperture at the bottom of the smoke collector, in the central channel under the connection pipe of the smoke collector. The top part of the furnace chamber is the shape of a frustum pyramid. The cavity for heat-retaining load has a bottom, one part of which is the dome of the furnace chamber. The other part is at an angle of 45-55° to the base of the furnace chamber and has ventilation openings along the whole perimeter. The detachable water tank is attached on the chimney and vents-batchers, fitted in line with water inlet channels into the steam generator. The detachable water container and the steam generator are made of stainless steel, and the furnace chamber is made of high-alloy heat resistant steel. The door is translucent with heat resistant glass.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation of the furnace.
