FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: heating device includes housing formed with bottom, side, front, rear and upper walls, flue gas duct located in upper part of the housing, grating installed at the housing bottom, ash pit with ash box, which are located under grating, upper and lower gas guiding flaps, secondary air supply tubes; bent convection tubes located along side walls inside the housing divide the furnace space into furnace and upper zone; convection tubes with open ends are interconnected with ambient air; at that, lower ends of tubes are tightly fixed in holes of the housing bottom, and upper ends of convection tubes are tightly fixed in inclined parts of side walls. Side walls of the housing are vertical in lower part, bent inwards in middle part and forming narrow area of the housing, and upper parts of side walls are inclined and connected to upper wall; front and rear walls of the housing are flat; in addition, it includes convection walls located outside the housing and fixed on its side, front and rear walls; ash box has the possibility of tight covering and its front wall is equipped at least with one air supply adjustment damper, and convection tubes installed at least in one row along side walls and bent in one plane have straight and curved sections converging in narrow area of the housing, thus forming furnace arch, and diverging in upper part of housing, thus forming upper zone; throughout the length the tubes repeat geometry of bent side walls of the housing and are equally spaced relative to them or close to this; at that, lower and upper ends of each of the tubes are located on one side of furnace; upper gas guiding flaps represent a plate bent at an angle and provided with holes made along the bend line. The second version of heating device is also described.
EFFECT: enlarging the area of heat exchange and reducing labour intensity for production of parts of the device.
