FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technical physics, namely, to semi-transparent mirrors with multi-layer interferential coating used in laser equipment. Mirror for laser comprises substrate and applied multi-layer dielectric coating of alternating layers with high and low indices of refraction with protective layer. Substrate is made of fluoric calcium with additional protective layer. Thicknesses of protective layers - the first and the seventh ones, counted from substrate, are made from yttrium fluoride with size of not more than λ0/40. Remaining alternating layers of coating are made of zinc selenide and yttrium fluoride, at that thicknesses of the second layer - with size of less than or equal to λ0/2; and thicknesses of the third, fourth, fifth, sixth layers - with size of λ0/4, where: λ0 is length of wave in the middle of wave length spectral range of 2,700...4,100 nm.
EFFECT: creation of semi-transparent resonator mirror, which provides highly efficient generation in wide spectral range from 2,700 to 4,100 nm, and having coefficient of mirror reflection R=70...80%.
