FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a housing equipped with a feeding cone. Inside the housing there is a crested driver shaft mounted. The crests are represented by flat blades. The flag-shaped flat blades are attached onto the torsion bar ends. The torsion bars are inserted (with clearance) through the driver shaft cross holes. The flat blades attached onto the same torsion bar are positioned on the same side of the latter at an acute angle relative to the plane passed through the specified torsion bar perpendicular to the driver shaft axis. The flat blades of one and the same torsion bar are positioned on different sides relative to the driver shaft centreplane passed through the torsion bar.

EFFECT: evenness of seeding combined with enhanced dispensation range.
