FIELD: mechanics; polygraphy.

SUBSTANCE: multifunctional digitally-controlled printing machine consists of the following component parts: a base housing of specified height and width; a cartridge travelling in the horizontal direction along the base housing; a type head positioned on one side of the cartridge that supplements ink for application of print onto the print carrier delivered through the base housing rear part; a transmission unit comprising the front and the rear duct rollers (connected to the transmission electric motor and positioned in the front and rear parts of the base housing accordingly) and the adhesive transmission guide band that connects the front and the rear duct rollers and provides for stable and smooth feed of print carrier; a rear transmission unit comprising the rear spool axle (intended for installation of the spool with print carrier reeled onto it in the rear part of the base housing) and multiple rear rollers mounted in the position required beside the rear spool axle and providing for stable and smooth feed of print carrier in the forward direction; a front transmission unit installed in the base housing front part and intended to provide for the print carrier to have passed over the transmission band (as fed by the rear transmission unit) being reeled onto the front spool axle; a washer unit providing for removal of ink residues and other contaminant particles to have stuck to the transmission band surface with the help of a rotary brush roller driven by the base housing electric motor; a band heater installed in the position specified within the base housing lower part and providing for removal of excess moisture and maintenance of the adhesive properties of the transmission band to have passed trough the washer unit.

EFFECT: possibility of applying print onto thin and/or expandable media irrespective of type, thickness and configuration.
