SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to military technology. The installation has a turret mounting with a gun and missile munitions, target tracking radar with an antenna and an actuator for homing and stabilising the antenna, a command console and a digital computer system. The installation has tele-thermal vision unit, comprising a thermal vision and a television camera, a video processor, video inspection device and a switching circuit. The target tracking radar has a unit for picking up error signals, the output of which is the second output of the target tracking radar and is connected to the first input of the switching circuit. The second output of the command console is connected to the second input of the switching circuit, the output of which is connected to the input of the actuator for homing and stabilising the antenna, which is the second input of the target tracking radar.

EFFECT: provision for all weather and all day target detection in passive mode, passive mode tracking in the infrared spectrum, active mode tracking in the radar band, as well as provision for change over from passive mode to active mode tracking and the opposite, depending on noise conditions and threat of use of antiradar missiles by the enemy.
