FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of meat and vegetable preserved food. Method includes boiling, peeling and straining chicken eggs, cutting, blanching and straining parsley root and raw onions, blanching and straining carrots, cutting and freezing green. Fresh green peas are frozen; wheat flour is sautéed in melted butter. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with milk, cream, sugar, table salt, citric acid, nutmeg, black bitter pepper and laurel leaves without oxygen access. The meat is cut. Meat, prepared mixture and bone broth are packed in containers, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of tinned food which has improved digestibility.
