SUBSTANCE: device is designed for quick preparation of oxygen cocktails and can be used in oxygenotherapy. Cocktailer consists of a balloon, with which an outlet tube with a sprayer on the end contacts. A valve is placed between the balloon and outlet tube in the neck of the balloon. It consists of rubber gasket, through the central orifice of which a tube with side port is passed with the capacity to move along the axis. The side port is placed on the level of the gasket or near to it. The upper end of the tube directed to the hollow of the balloon, is blanked off. The tube of the valve passes to the outlet tube, on which two stops are placed on the equal distance for alternate interaction with spring loaded lock, fixed on the neck of the balloon.

EFFECT: providing independent, simple and portable device that gives opportunity to use cocktailer as a disposable device.
