FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly surgical urology. Preliminarily endoscope is introduced in urethra lumen up to spermatic tubercle. Then urethra walls are dissected in circular pattern under visual control. Urethra segment connected intimately to adenomatous nods is separated from the rest of urethra. Further prostate adenoma is removed through bladder.

EFFECT: prevention of complications, such as incontinence or urethra stricture, extended range of transcystic prostate adenomectomy methods allowing prevention of functional complications, such as incontinence.
