FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly traumatology and orthopedics, and can be applied in surgical treatment of ankle joint arthrosis and deformations accompanied by talipes varus or valgus. Cortical cancellous autoplastic graft from iliac bone wing is used as transplant. Transplant is fixated in a slot on front surface of distal tibia epiphysis and in canal on astragaloid bone. For talipes varus, part of autoplastic graft is forced into internal third of articular cleft between joint surfaces; for talipes valgus - into external third. Remaining autoplastic graft part is forced into medullary canal of tibia and canal of astragaloid bone. Method enables complete reconstruction of normal foot position after arthrosis combined with talipes varus or valgus associated with pronation or supination damage in ankle joint area. In comparison to prototype method, treatment time is reduced by 6 weeks.
EFFECT: reduced treatment time.
