FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns mobile medical equipment, particularly emergency aid to wounded. Complex is constructed as mobile blood collection complex. Interconnected modules of donor compartment, operation compartment, functional blood transfusion compartment and blood and blood component storage area of transfusion compartment include vibration and shock resistant antiseismic equipment. Equipment kit number enables blood collection from 100-150 donors of emergency reserve in three days time. Additionally mobile blood collection complex includes automated radio control system for rescue and registration of injured people, based on wireless high-speed narrow band multiservice mobile network combined with radio station.
EFFECT: improved blood collection quality, obtaining products of preserved blood and blood component transfusion, storage and transportation, improved conditions of transfusion therapy and prevention of post-transfusion reactions and complications, determination of emergency reserve donor blood group and rhesus in collection compartment, and blood transfusion in field.
