FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: rolling mill contains top and bottom pyramid rolling system, each of which includes walking beam with located on it in cushion by bearing roller and backup roll, at that at least one of cross bar is installed on screw-down structure. Increasing of rolling mill carrying capacity without appearance of light imprint on the surface of rolled strip is provided by means of bearing roller is connected to rigid support, located between its cushion and cross bar, at that pyramids are outfitted by hydraulic ram, interacting with backup roll neck and located between cushions of bearing roller and backup roll.
EFFECT: range of application extension of rolling mills at the expense of ability of hard metals and alloys, increasing of durability of bearing operation of support rollers.
