SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air-cushion vehicles to be used all-the-year-round for off-road haulage, in river basins, including rivers that feature no tolerable navigation depths. It can also be used as a passenger-and-freight ferry, in liquidation of flooding consequences, in rescue operation in tundra, on rives, in sea and ocean. The proposed amphibious air-cushion has a hull with flexible skirt comprising lateral skegs, the front and rear flexible elements and rigid sides, propellant and pressure plants with their appropriate drives and control system. The vehicle has an inflatable side attached to the hull rigid sides along the vehicle edges. The air-cushion bowl accommodates a split wing hinged thereto and made up of two identical parts.

EFFECT: compensating capsising moment, ie elimination of capsising due to larger lift of bowl from water surface.
