FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of effluents containing fine-dispersed oil products, oils and other floating impurities, in particular to fine purification devices with strict requirements to the purification degree. Concept of the invention consists in the fact that a floater with impeller flotation comprising an intake chamber, chambers of impeller flotation, precipitation and collection of treated water and an oil product removing unit is equipped by a unit for water saturation with air-water mixture and a pressure flotation unit as well as in their production and connection with the chambers of impeller flotation, precipitation and collection of treated water. Combination of two flotation treatment systems - impeller and pressure ones - in one body ensures basic and additional water treatment.

EFFECT: improves purification quality and provides for the increase of treatment efficiency and reliability.
