FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for purification of waste water and natural water. Effluents treated with a coagulant solution are supplied from a hydraulic mixer into coagulation chamber 8. Then, after introduction of flocculant solution, it is directed through flushing pipeline to flocculation chamber 9. From flocculation chamber 9 waste water is fed into flotation section 2 together with circulation flow from saturator 4. Formed flotation foam is removed from surface of waste water into chamber of collection of flotation foam 10 by means of removal of flotation foam 6 located in upper part of flotator 1. After separating the flotation foam, waste water is fed into the thin-layer settling section 3, where waste water is clarified. By means of ejector 7 air is supplied to suction pipeline. Water-air mixture is forced by circulating pump 5 into saturator 4 where air is dissolved in waste water. Purified waste water is fed into intermediate chamber 11 to ensure uniform discharge of treated waste water beyond flotation plant.

EFFECT: disclosed invention provides higher degree of purification of oil-containing industrial and rain waste water and efficiency of using used coagulant and flocculant.
