FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compositions of masses used when manufacturing building ceramics. Mass used for covering ceramic products consists of phosphate frit, sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose, caustic soda, water, sodium water glass and sodium tripolyphosphate, at the following component ratio, wt %: phosphate frit - 68.0-69.4; sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose - 0.4-0.8; caustic soda - 0.4-0.8; sodium water glass - 1.4-1.8; sodium tripolyphosphate - 0.4-0.8; and water - the rest. Frit consists of the following, wt %: P2O5 - 42.5-47.0; SiO2 - 8.0-12.0; ZrO2 - 1.2-1.8; Al2O3 - 1.0-2.0; B2O3 - 18.0-22.0; Na2O - 4.0-6.0; ZnO - 8.0-12.0; BaO - 4.0-6.0; Fe2O3 - 0.8-1.2; Cr2O3 - 1.0-1.5.
EFFECT: decrease of mass burning temperature.
