FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building materials, and namely to methods of preparing complex additives to concrete mixtures and mortars. Method of preparing complex additive to concrete mixtures and mortars includes neutralisation of salts based on sodium thiosulfate and rhodanate, introduction of additional component to neutralised product; the following is used as additional component either separately or in any combination: mixture of Ca calcium oxide, Si silicon oxide, Fe iron oxide, Al aluminium oxide, Mn manganese oxide, and Mg magnesium oxide at their dispersity less than 5 microns, amkiroz, sulphurised melamineformaldehyde, acrylate, sodium polyphosphate in quantity of 1 to 99 wt %, and mixing and drying at temperature of 50 to 180°C and at atmospheric or decreased pressure.
EFFECT: obtaining additive with minimum water content, which ensures increase of fast strength and cold resistance of concretes.
