SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, specifically to compositions of complex additives used in making concrete mixtures and mortar. The complex additive for concrete mixtures and mortar contains the following, in wt %: hardening accelerator - 20.0-99.5, acrylate R60 plasticiser - 0.5-80, where the hardening accelerator contains the following, in wt %: mixture of ballast salts based on sodium rhodanide and thiosulphate - 34-99.5, formate - 0.5-33.0 and if necessary sodium acetate - the rest. The formate used in the additive is sodium formate, calcium formate, potassium formate or their mixture and additionally polycarboxylate, Amkiroz, polynaphthalene sulphonate, technical lignosulphonate or their mixture.

EFFECT: increased strength, frost resistance, plasticity of concrete and mortar containing said additive.
