FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: in face scraper conveyor with endless, closed in horizontal plane single-chain traction body scrapers are arranged symmetrically and designed to rotate around this body in plane perpendicular to lengthwise axis of traction body. Each scraper is located on a horizontal link of round link traction chain where cuts of a cylinder shape are designed to interact with rectangular portions of a rod forming a link of the chain on its half-diameter. By means of a removable half-bushing the scraper is fixed on the part of the link, exterior relative to the lengthwise axis of the conveyor; the scraper is designed to rotate around it. In zones adjacent to a driven and end sprockets a pan line is made with curvilinear transitive sections with transition from a flat horizontal to a flat vertical disposition directly before sprockets. Outer edges of scrapers from the side of the pan line in the vertical plane are made curvilinear and designed to interact with curvilinear surfaces of the pan line on the transitive sections; also the scrapers in their middle portion from the side of the pan line are made with cuts. Notably, the height of the cut from the center of the horizontal link is accepted as exceeding half of the link width. The distance between a side wall of the cut and the center of the outer wall relative to the lengthwise axis of the conveyor of part of the horizontal link is equal to the height of the cut. The second side wall of the cut is located immediately beyond regions of a counter part of the horizontal link. The width of the scrapers is established as equal to the value of the gap between the adjacent vertical links of the traction body; the links are designed to interact. The length of the scrapers in a transverse relative to the axis of the traction body direction is designed to project beyond limits of the side edge of the pan line.

EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of conveyor due to increase width of pan line and increased speed of traction body motion.
