FIELD: transport, pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed assembly comprises onboard and ground blocks with priming unions, collet lock, pneumatic drive with piston, locking coupling, enclosed chamber with check valve, enclosed chamber selecting pipeline interconnecting one of the priming unions and line of feed to check valve and a pulling off device. The piston with con-rod is arranged aligned with the check valve and interact with it. Note that the piston control chamber is connected, via the second selecting pipeline, with the other priming union, while the enclosed space selecting pipeline connects the check valve with the piston.

EFFECT: higher safety of operation.
