FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: gas flow metre contains case with pressure tap chambers separated with metering orifice and cross slotted window for removal. Orifice pressing to the case is ensured with elements designed as radially aligned rods with one profile ends interacting with the bearing profiled surface provided on peripheral lateral of the orifice. Other ends of the rods are used to actuate forward motion towards the orifice centre. The case eccentricity relates to the longitudinal axis of the device. Flat end surfaces of O-ring seal cover gasket is provided with square grooves with mounted metal rings. Bearing profiled surface of the orifice is conic, while profiled rod end is spherical, and vice versa.
EFFECT: simplified orifice assembly and disassembly, design simplicity and small dimensions.
