SUBSTANCE: anchor base station passes the first information containing the information of active non-anchor base station about purpose of the channel when it is defined, that the mobile station should execute soft transfer of service and when there are signals which should be passed in mobile station from not anchor base station, and not anchor base station passes the second information containing the information of anchor base station about purpose of the channel when it is defined, that the mobile station should execute soft transfer of service and when there are signals which should be passed mobile station from anchor base station.
