SUBSTANCE: communication system receives information about adjacent base stations and from a set of adjacent base stations working in multiple cells, positioned near the cell, and information of ascending communication channel, required for transferring data into first base station, form first base station, requests synchronization information from first base station, required for setting up synchronization between client station and first base station, tracks multiple adjacent base stations on basis of information about adjacent base stations, related to adjacent base stations, and set up transfer of service to second base station, which represents one of adjacent base stations, on basis of result of adjacent base stations.

EFFECT: provision of system and method for transferring client, which guarantee possible consideration of movement of client stations in broadband communication system.
