FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ways of decrease in probability of false operations in the protected fiber-optical systems of information transfer (FOTS) of the limited access, equipped with systems of the constant control of a fiber-optical line of transfer (FOTL). In a way concluding in transfer, reception, detecting of an optical signal from a fiber-optical line, strengthening, integration and transformation from the analogue form in the digital form of an electric signal by means of the analogue-digital converter, calculation of the sum of deviations of current values of a signal from control value taking into account a sign during time set by the timer, comparison of the received current values of the sums with in advance set basic signal, alarm signal formation in case the difference of current value of the sum exceeds a basic signal on size of the set threshold value. The new is that at inclusion of the protected fiber-optical system the signals of an interdiction of an information transfer of the limited access and alarm signal blocking are formed, through each quantity of readout N making a cycle set by the timer, average selective value is calculated, for example, in j cycle (1) which is remembered on a cycle and is subtracted from the following value, difference ΔYj received as a result ΔYi=/Yi-Yj-1/, (2) is compared to in advance set threshold of inclusion Yn in case ΔYj-Yn<0, (3) the impulse of the permission which arrives on the counter of impulses which at accumulation of the set quantity of impulses of the permission t forms a signal of an interdiction of calculation of difference ΔYj successively is formed and the signal of blocking of alarm acts in film and the signal of the permission of an information transfer of the limited access is formed.
EFFECT: control delay for time which corresponds to time of warming up of priemo-transferring equipment fiber-optical systems of transfer depending on parameters of system and operation conditions.
