SUBSTANCE: invention relates to receivers of optical signals and can be used for recovery of code word of noisy optical signals. , values of the obtained energies of adjacent intervals are compared, if |Fj-Fj-1|≥4Y2 avgh, transition is considered to be true, if |Fj-Fj-1|<4Y2 avgh, transition is considered to be false, in accordance with rules of encoding information arithmetic logic unit generates a digital sequence of logic zeros and ones.
